Heads up! From June 25 to July 13, 2025, the Rātā atrium (Engineering Core) will be getting a tech upgrade. New screens are being installed, and some parts of the space will be closed off.
What you need to know:
The Nuts & Bolts Café will be closed during this time.
Parts of the atrium, including some stairs and walkways, will be blocked off.
The lift will still work, so you can use that to get between floors.
Follow signs and don’t go into closed areas.
Use alternative routes and exits.
If there’s an emergency, staff on site will help guide you out safely.
