Nominations are open now for the 2025 Waitaha Canterbury International Student Awards, which celebrate the awesome impact international students have in 艑tautahi Christchurch.
With students from over 100 countries, UC are proud sponsors of the awards, alongside Christchurch Educated, the Christchurch City Council and ChristchurchNZ. The awards celebrate the wide-ranging contributions of international students in 艑tautahi Christchurch, one of the top 100 student cities in the world (QS 2025).
We encourage you to check out the four award categories and nominate an international student you know of who stands out for their contributions to Christchurch, UC and our wider community.
